Japanese Diet
This diet is associated with Japanese cuisine, but because it was developed by Japanese experts. The Japanese diet is for 13 days, during this time our metabolism is regulated and body adjusts to another rate of work. This diet significantly improves health and weight loss. During the Japanese diet is forbidden to use sugar, salt, flour and  alcoholic beverages. Between meals you can drink mineral or boiled water and unlimited.

Menu Japanese diet:
Day 1: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee Lunch - two boiled eggs, cabbage salad with olive oil, one glass of tomato juice 
  • Dinner - baked or boiled fish.
Day 2: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee, a piece of bread, lunch - baked or boiled fish, vegetables or coleslaw, seasoned with vegetable oil
  • Dinner - 100 g boiled beef, a cup of yogurt.
Day 3: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee, a piece of bread, lunch - large zucchini, stewed in vegetable oil
  • Dinner - two boiled eggs, 200 g boiled beef, cabbage salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Day 4: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee lunch - boiled egg, three large boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 g unsalted cheese 
  • Dinner - fruits.
Day 5: 
  • Breakfast - raw carrots with lemon juice Lunch - baked or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice 
  • Dinner - fruits.
Day 6: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee, lunch - 0.5 boiled chicken, fresh salad or raw carrots 
  • Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, a cup of grated raw carrots with vegetable oil.
Day 7: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of tea without sugar Lunch - 200 g boiled beef, fruit, 
  • Dinner - each of the previous days, with the exception of Day 3.
Day 8: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee lunch - half a boiled chicken, fresh salad or raw carrots 
  • Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, a cup of grated raw carrots with vegetable oil.
Day 9: 
  • Breakfast - raw carrots with lemon juice lunch - a big piece of fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice 
  • Dinner - fruits.
Day 10: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee lunch - boiled egg, three large boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 g unsalted cheese 
  • Dinner - fruits.
Day 11: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee, a piece of bread, lunch - large zucchini, fried in vegetable oil 
  • Dinner - two boiled eggs, 200 g boiled beef, cabbage salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Day 12: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee, a piece of bread Lunch - baked or boiled fish, vegetables or coleslaw, seasoned with vegetable oil 
  • Dinner - 100 g boiled beef, a cup of yogurt.
Day 13: 
  • Breakfast - a cup of black coffee Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, salad from boiled cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice 
  • Dinner - baked or boiled fish.
Notes
The salads are always seasoned with olive oil and there is no limit in quantity. Since cabbage is eaten almost every day can change with lettuce. If you do not like fish or you come to replace it with more drinking. Breast-boiled or roasted almost no fat. Morning coffee can drink a glass of grapefruit juice, preferably freshly squeezed, but if not possible, you can buy, but it must be sugar free. If you can walk 30 minutes a day.
