Have you ever heard of karaoke can lose weight? Surely many of you have never heard of that karaoke can lose weight. I known many of you only use karaoke for entertainment. This is a fact which indicates karaoke can lose weight. This fact is from the research.

Research conducted at Harvard University show singing or karaoke indeed have a positive role for the body. Quoted from multiple sources , this study has been tested in several clinics in the United States. A number of patients were asked to sing more often. At the end of the study, patients who participate in therapy or karaoke singing reduced the pain, they even heal faster.
According to the study, the experts concluded that singing has the same effect as physical exercise. The explanation is that when the human body sing will be enriched with oxygen is believed to improve blood circulation, strengthen muscles and maintain a healthy heart as well as the lungs.

In the study involving 41 women with weight loss excess for 24 weeks . They are challenged to run activities such as diet, running and participating in group meetings every week . The respondents were divided into two groups . In the first group was given a CD player and listened to their favorite music wherever they are currently running . While the second group just told to run without listening to music .The result is remarkable, for 24 weeks, the first group who regularly listen to music the way the program meets approximately 98 percent compared to healthy group did not listen to music that only 68 percent. Even more interesting again in the women's music group managed to reduce the weight by 16 pounds and 4 percent fat. While the group without music just to reduce weight as much as 8 pounds and 2 percent fat.  

From this conclusion can be considered music and karaoke help you lose weight, or can be said music or karaoke can be used to help you lose weight in the diet with move to follow beat and tempo of the music.
